The Insider Method
Don't measure your body — measure your favorite jeans. Lay a pair you already love flat and measure those. The most accurate way to find your Betro size.
Measure Flat, in 4 Steps
Lay the jeans flat and buttoned. Use a soft tape or ruler.

Waist
Across the very top of the waistband, edge to edge. Then double it.

Front Rise
From the crotch seam straight up to the top of the waistband. Sets how high it sits.
3
Hip
About 8" below the waistband, across the fullest part. Then double it.
4
Inseam
From the crotch seam to the bottom hem, along the inner leg.
