We want you to love every piece you receive from Betro Simone. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at hello@betrosimone.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your delivery date
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions within 1 business day
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Free of perfume, deodorant, makeup, or any stains
- Returned in original packaging where possible
- Jeans and denim styles must have the hygiene liner intact
What We Offer
- Full refund to your original form of payment if return is initiated within 14 days of delivery. Full refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of confirmed receipt of your return. Please allow an additional 1–2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Store credit for the full item amount if return is initiated between 15–30 days of delivery
- Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Return Shipping
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method — Betro Simone is not responsible for lost return packages
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund or store credit if a prepaid label is requested
Exchanges
- We are happy to exchange for a different size or color, subject to availability
- Exchanges are free of charge and processed within 3 business days of receiving your returned item
- To request an exchange, note your preferred size/color when initiating your return
Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:
- Items marked Final Sale or discounted 20% or more
- Intimates and swimwear
- Gift cards
- Items purchased during promotional sale events (noted at time of purchase)
Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@betrosimone.com
- Include your order number and a photo of the issue
- We will cover all shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement at no charge to you
Processing Time
Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund or store credit has been issued.
