Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
How to return an item

You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed automatically
- The credit will be applied to your original method of payment
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

- Contact your credit card company – processing times may vary
- Contact your bank for further confirmation

Sale Items
Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange:

Exchanges are limited to the same item only.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you:
- You will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item
- A gift certificate will be issued once the return is processed
If the item was not marked as a gift:
- The refund will be issued to the original purchaser
- The gift giver will be notified of the return
