Shipping Policy

We ship every Betro Simone order from our Los Angeles studio with care. Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day.
  • During launches and promotional events, please allow an additional 1–2 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates — United States

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
  • Standard shipping (3–7 business days): calculated at checkout for orders under $50.
  • Expedited shipping (2–3 business days): available at checkout.
  • We ship to all 50 states, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS.

Shipping to Canada

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
  • Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days.
  • Duties and taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees assessed by Canadian customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
  • Betro Simone is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

  • A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order ships.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
  • You can also track your order anytime through your account on our website.

Address Changes

  • Need to update your shipping address? Email us at hello@betrosimone.com as soon as possible with your order number.
  • We can update your address any time before your order ships — once an order is in transit, we are unable to redirect it.
  • Betro Simone is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
  • If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your building's mail area, then contact the carrier directly.
  • If your package is still missing after 48 hours, reach out to us at hello@betrosimone.com and we will do everything we can to help.
  • Betro Simone is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, but we will always work with you to find a resolution.

Damaged in Transit

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@betrosimone.com with your order number and a photo of the damage.
  • We will make it right with a replacement or full refund at no charge to you.
